Quantity Surveying (QS) Pricing
Quantity surveying services are provided on a professional services basis and are priced on application, allowing flexibility to suit the level of support required.
QS services are typically charged on an hourly or daily rate, with clear scopes of service, transparent timesheets and regular reporting.
Quantity Surveying Services May Include
- Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reporting
- Contract administration under JCT, NEC, RIBA and other forms
- Interim valuations and applications for payment
- Payment notices, pay less notices and certifications
- Commercial change control and variation management
- Final account preparation and agreement
- Procurement support and commercial reporting
- Attendance at site meetings and site visits where required
QS Fees
- Hourly Rate: Price on Application
- Daily Rate: Price on Application
Rates are agreed in advance based on the level of experience required, the nature of the project and the scope of services.
